Enriqueta M. Guajardo

Enriqueta M. Guajardo, nee Mendoza, age 76, late of Lansing, IL, passed away peacefully Friday, March 24, 2023.  Loving wife of Samuel G. Guajardo.  Devoted mother of Samuel E. (Maria) Guajardo, Veronica  G. (Jose Jr.) Rosales, and Ricardo Guajardo.  Proud grandmother of Samantha Rosales, Enrique Guajardo, Felix Guajardo, Vanessa Rosales, Amanda Rosales, Samuel Guajardo Jr., Ricardo A. Guajardo, Genevieve Guajardo, and Angelina Guajardo; great-grandmother of Rosalia Flores, and Mazzi Guajardo.  Dearest sister of Gloria Salazar, Felix Mendoza Jr., Irma Mendoza, the late Ernesto Mendoza, and late Maria Fuentes.  Kind aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by her loving parents Felix and Josefina Mendoza.

Visitation Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m.  Prayer service Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. from Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt.30/Pleasant Springs Ln.), Dyer, IN, to Northgate Church 2820 165 ^th St. Hammond, IN, funeral service 11:00 a.m.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery – Calumet City, IL.
