Esther J. Hahn

Esther J. Hahn , nee Pranger, age 94, formerly of Crete, IL, passed away on February 17, 2019. Beloved wife of the late John P. Hahn. Loving mother of Ronald (Mary) Hahn, Cheryl (John) Hosemann, Janice (Thomas) Papp, John "Jack" C. (Dottie) Hahn and Dawn Bullock. Grandmother of 16; great-grandmother of 19. Preceded in death by her siblings Ruth (Dwight) DeYoung, Dirk "Bud" (Dorothy) Pranger, Marian (Earl) Ruswick, Myrtle (Florio) Grigoletti and Pat (Al) Erickson; and her parents Richard and Hermana Pranger, nee Meinardi. Esther will be dearly missed.

Visitation Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Smits, DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home 649 E. 162nd St. (Rt.6/159th St.) South Holland, IL. Funeral service Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Community Church 16341 South Park Ave, South Holland, IL, with Rev. Mark Prestriedge officiating. Interment private.
