Esther Elizabeth Johnston, age 85, of Crete, IL, passed away peacefully on June 11, 2020. Beloved wife of Edward Johnston. Loving mother of Carolyn Johnston, Edward (Frances) Johnston, Michael (Candice Justice) Johnston, and the late Robert Johnston. Cherished grandmother of Terra (Joe Senese) Morganelli, Robert (Bethany Rogers) Morganelli, Russell Johnston, David Johnston, and Jenna Johnston. Great grandmother of Jordan, Nicolaus, Lia, and Robby Jr. Dear sister of late Eugene (late Delores) Siefert, and late Richards (late Grace) Siefert. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Esther was a member of the St. Liborius Catholic Church. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Visitation Monday, June 15, 2020 from 9:00 am until time of Funeral Service 11:30 am at Smits, Steger Memorial Chapel - 3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL. Interment private.
