Evelyn Mae Miller

Evelyn Mae Miller, nee Goesel, age 86, of Steger, IL passed away peacefully on Friday, March 4, 2022.  Beloved wife of 49 years to the late Edward Miller.  Loving mother of James (Darlene) Miller and Michael Miller.  Cherished grandmother of Krista (Joe) Moore, Justin Kozak, Erin (Tony) DeLuga, and Patrick (Melissa) Buckley.  Dear sister of Ann “Penny” Goesel.  Evelyn was preceded in death by her siblings Marvin, Edna, Alice, Erna, Millie, Wally, Edward, and Richard, and by her parents Edward and Anna Kilmer-Goesel.  Kind aunt to many nieces and nephews.  Evelyn was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

A memorial gathering will be held on April 23, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Smits - Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Rd.
