Everett Albert Brei

Everett Albert Brei, age 92, of Chicago Heights, Illinois, passed away peacefully at his residence on February 8, 2021.  Beloved husband of the late Virginia Theresa Brei, nee Elardi.  Loving father of Mary Terese Weir, Jo Ann (Fred) Berge, James Brei, and Patricia (JD) Mosher.  Cherished grandfather of Darryl, Erin, and Jake Mosher.  Dear brother of the late Donald (late Diane), late Marianne (late Raymond) Picot, and the late Delores (late Martin) Evans.  Fond uncle of nineteen nieces and nephews.  Everett was a proud US Army Veteran serving during the Korean War.  He retired from Allis Chalmers after 40 years of service as an assembler, and then worked security for the Star Newspaper in Chicago Heights.  He was an avid golfer and enjoyed volunteering for the local catholic churches.  Everett will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
