Fanesta M. Hitchcock

Fanesta Margo Hitchcock, age 73, of Mokena, IL, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and loved ones on Thursday, August 22, 2019 in New Lenox, IL.  Beloved mother of Deboresia Jamien “Jami”; Cherished Grandmother of Xiya Kavi and William Bradley Jr.  Loving Sister to Siblings: Earlyne Howard, Martha McCammey, Weltha Hitchcock, Earl Hitchcock (Deceased), Deborisia Hitchcock and Sister-in-law Lorraine Hitchcock.  Fanesta was preceded in death by her parents Earl and Margaret Hitchcock.

Fanesta was a Psychologist working in the Gary Indiana School System at the time of her death.  Fanesta will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her including her nieces and nephews, co-workers, church family and friends.

Pastor Brian Dilosa Sr., of Truth Seekers Ministries will be officiating the memorial service on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home in Dyer, IN.
