Frances M. Spanier

Frances M. Spanier, nee Wunder, age 94, of Steger, IL passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022.  Loving mother of George (Kathy) Spanier, late infant Mary Spanier, late John Spanier, Jean Spanier, Joseph Spanier, and JoAnn (Steven) Cortez.  Cherished grandmother of the late Stephen Cortez, Erin (Nick) Russell, Jennifer (Nick) Spanier, Stephen Falucskai, Joey (Melissa) Spanier, George (Kali) Spanier Jr., and Donald Cortez; and great-grandmother of Trevor Bystrzycski, Noah Russell, Caleb Russell, Levi Spanier, Emilia Russell, and Evan Spanier.  Frances was a retired Registered Nurse. She was loved by her family and will be deeply missed.

Visitation Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 2:00 – 6:00 P.M. with a funeral service to be held at 5:00 P.M. at Smits - Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Rd, Steger, IL .  Interment private.
