Frances A. Strand, nee Anderson, age 100, of Crete, IL, passed away Friday, November 1, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Glenn O. Strand. Devoted mother of Ruth (George) Tamminga, Bruce (Terry) Strand, and Priscilla (Robert) Begani . Proud grandmother of 4 grandsons; Great-grandmother of 3. Dearest sister of the late Ruth Gustafson and late Pearl Fredrickson. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Village Woods (East Dining Room) 2681 Route 394 Crete, IL 60417 with Dr. Rev. Robert Shaner officiating. Interment Private. Memorial contributions to Heifer International Foundation (One World Ave. Little Rock, AR 72202) appreciated.
