Frank Furlan Sr., age 81, of Wanatah, IN, formerly of Monee, IL, passed away peacefully Friday, June 16, 2023. Loving husband of the late Denise J. Furlan, nee Fitzgerald. Devoted father of Frank Furlan II, Deanne Furlan, and Karen Furlan. Proud grandfather of Frankie Furlan III, Michelle (Nick) Carlson, and Jason Furlan; great-grandfather of Isabelle Carlson. Dear brother of Louis Furlan Jr. Kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Louis and Ann Furlan.
Visitation Tuesday, June 20, 2023 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. Prayer service Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at Smits Funeral Home , 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt.30/Pleasant Springs Ln.), Dyer, IN, James E. Janusz Director with Deacon Gary Blue officiating. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery – Calumet City, IL.
