Frank Kaszubski, age 80, of South Chicago Heights, Illinois passed away peacefully October 15, 2015. Loving father of Scott (Jo Ann) Kaszubski, Kathleen Haff and Gary Kaszubski. Cherished grandfather of Melissa, Jeremy and Scott Kaszubski Jr. and great-grandfather of four. Dear brother of Stan (late Ada) Kaszubski.
