Frank Palango Jr., age 88, late of Dyer, IN, formerly of Dolton and Chicago, IL, passed away peacefully Sunday, August 1, 2021.  Loving husband of Arlene Palango, nee Oakes.  Devoted father of Susan (late Mike) Musacchio, Janet (Gary) Steffens, Scott (late Aaron Johnson) Palango, the late Paul (Cheryl) Palango, and the late Richard Palango.  Proud grandpa and great-grandpa of many.  Dearest brother of the late Antoinette “Toni” (late Ervin) Collins.  Dear uncle of nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by his parents Frank and Julia Palango.

Visitation Wednesday, August 4, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the prayer service at 1:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home, James E. Janusz, Director, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt.30/Pleasant Springs Ln.) Dyer, IN.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery – Calumet City, IL.
