Geneva R. Toering, nee Post, age 85, of Lansing, IL, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 27, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Henry Toering. Loving mother of Nancy (Phil) Van Baren, Susan (Rick) Mooi, Rose (Dave) Hiskes, Lucy Toering, Gail (Brian) Weidenaar, the late Sharon (Tim) VanderVos, Henry Toering, and Cindy Toering. Cherished grandmother of Lori, Kathy, Gise, Joy, Steve, Lynn, Rachel, Emily, Jen, Crystal, Joni, Cass, John, Tyler, and Preston; and great grandmother of Sam, Andrew, Mallory, Kole, Chloe, Keagan, Kent, Cady, late Calvin, Jeremiah, Evan, Bristol, Penny, Abby, Hannah, Shane and Emma. Dear sister of Frank Post, Edith Walhof, Evelyn Lubben, Cathy Kuhl, Jim Post, and the late Bernice Manderscheid, late Nelson Post, late Ada De Koekkoek, and the late Walt Post.
