Mrs. Olthoff is survived by her four sons: Gerald(Donna) Olthoff, Jim(Joanne) Olthoff, Jeffrey(Diana) Olthoff, and Jack(Kristine) Olthoff; 17 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; one sister: Janet(late Bartel) Leensvaart and one sister-in-law: Cathy(William) Meuzelaar. She was preceded in death by her husband: the late Ralph Olthoff in 2006 and two brothers: the late Edward (late Henrietta) Dykstra and the late Martin Dykstra.
