George Brucer

George Brucer, age 93, of Beecher, IL went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 1, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Helen Brucer (nee Stam) and the late Lucille Warrington Brucer (nee Kuyper). Dear father of Shirley (Jim) Iverson, Nancy Facer, and Norman (Kay) Brucer. Proud grandfather of nine, great-grandfather of sixteen and great-great-grandfather of one. Brother of the late Joanne (late Ernest) Alexander, Eileen (late Vernon) Martin, and the late John (late Johanna) Brucer. Mr. Brucer was an owner of Rosebud Farm. Visitation Tuesday, May 6, 2014 from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt. 30 & Pleasant Springs Lane) Dyer, IN 46311. Funeral service at Smits Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 11:00A.M. with Dr. Daniel Smith officiating. Interment Skyline Memorial Park - Monee, IL.
