Geraldine M. Smith, nee Walsh, age 64, of Dyer, IN, passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 4, 2019.  Loving mother of Christopher (Amy) Kinard, Casey (Keith) Castorina, Kelly (Joe) Vargas, and Jamie (Enrique) Carabantes.  Proud grandmother of 12.  Dear sister of Noreen Buchmier, late John Walsh, and the late Bill Walsh.  Preceded in death by her parents William and Rosemary Walsh.

Visitation Friday, December 6, 2019 from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. with a funeral service to be held at 6:30 p.m. with Rev. Randy Harrison officiating, at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt.30 & Pleasant Springs Ln.) Dyer, IN.  Private inurnment Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens – Crown Point, IN.
