Gerhard John Hauser

Gerhard John Hauser, age 83, of Steger, Illinois passed away Thursday, July 20, 2023. Loving father of Christine Romania and Erika (Robert) Oswald. Cherished grandfather of Rebecca Romania and Rhiannon Oswald. Best friend of many years to Jay Harris. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years Rosemary Hauser and his two brothers. Some of Gerhard’s favorite things were fishing, hunting, and bike riding. He also loved every dog he ever met. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
