Gilbert Lee Lopez, age 65, of Sauk Village, IL, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 9, 2023. Loving father of Joseph Lopez, Jaime Lopez, and the late Gilbert Lee Lopez, Jr. Proud grandfather of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear brother of 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Devoted son of Hermania Lopez and the late Fred Lopez.
Visitation Saturday, December 16, 2023 from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. with a funeral service to be held at 7:30 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt.30 & Pleasant Springs Ln.) Dyer, IN.
