Grace “Babe” Hayworth, nee Van Deursen, age 88 of South Holland, IL passed away Thursday, March 1, 2018. Beloved wife of the late John Hayworth. Loving mother of the late Robert Hayworth. Dear sister of the late Nellie (late Christian) Mulder, the late Bastian "Bud" (late Margaret) Van Deursen, the late Simon “Sam” (Evelyn) Van Deursen, and the late John Van Deursen Jr. Dear aunt of several nephews and nieces. Visitation, Monday, March 5, 2018 from 12:00 P.M. until the time of the funeral service at 1:30 P.M. at Smits, DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home, 649 E. 162 ^nd St. (Rt.6/159 ^th St.) with services conducted by Rev. Mel DeVries. Interment Washington Memory Gardens - Homewood, IL. In loving memory of Grace, memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
