Grace C. Jabaay

Grace “Gracie” C. Jabaay, nee VanderWal, age 78, of Lansing, IL went home to her Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 14, 2021.  Beloved wife of Robert Jabaay.  Loving mother of Michele (Mike) Martin, Scot (Jill) Jabaay, Candace (Dave) Lantz, Eric (Melissa) Jabaay, Wendi (Jim) Holleman, Toni (Peter) VanDrunen, and Tami (Mike) Bultema.  Cherished grandmother of 28 grandchildren.  Dear sister of Gary (Carol) VanderWal, Lynda (Ken) VanderHye, and Mark (Lee) VanderWal.  Kind aunt of many nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Winnie VanderWal.  Gracie was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

Memorial visitation Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs, Ln, Dyer, IN.  Memorial service Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at First Church (PCA), 3134 Ridge Rd, Lansing, IL.  Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery – Elwood, IL.  Memorial contributions to BrainUp (P.O.
