Grace Marie Merrell, nee Meier, age 84, of University Park, IL, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. Beloved wife of Billy Merrell. Loving mother of Panthia (Robert) Manwaring, Jim (Kim) Merrell, Billy Merrell Jr., and Tina (Jeff) Postma. Cherished grandmother to six grandchildren. Dear great-grandmother to three great-grandchildren. Grace was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

Visitation Monday, April 5, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Smits, Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL. Interment at Skyline Memorial Park – Monee, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Immanuel Lutheran Church of Steger are greatly appreciated.
