Graciela Diaz, age 48, of Chicago Heights, Illinois,  passed away peacefully on Monday, December 12, 2022. Loving mother of Jessica Diaz, Anicia Diaz, Jaime L. Diaz Jr., Leticia Diaz, and Gilbert Diaz. Cherished grandmother of Adriana L. Kuita, Aniya D. James, and Dahlia D. Little. Beloved sister of Gerardo Urquizo, Maria A. Trujillo, and the late Gilberto Urquizo Jr. Dear daughter of Maria (late Gilberto) Urquizo. Graciela will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
