Guadalupe Lopez Sr., age 73, of Steger, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 12, 2024. Beloved husband of Pamela Lopez. Loving father of Guadalupe Lopez Jr., Lisa Barbosa and Leslie Lopez. Cherished grandfather of Tyler Lopez, Angelique Lopez, Abigail Lopez, Kayla Barbosa, Laila Barbosa, Janessa Barbosa, and Mason Barrera. Great-grandfather of Aida Lopez and Tyler Lopez Jr. Loving brother of Rosa, Richard and Elvino Jr. Preceded in death by his parents Elvino and Petra Lopez and his three sisters Susie, Joesphine and Maggie. Guadalupe will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Visitation to be held Friday, August 16, 2024, from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at First Apostolic Church of Steger, 22709 State St, Steger, IL 60475. Funeral Service to be held Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at First Apostolic Church of Steger. Interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Crown Point, Indiana.
