Harold Dean Proctor, age 75 of Steger, Illinois, passed away peacefully August 18, 2018. Beloved husband of Sandra Lee Proctor nee Sawyer. Loving father of Donnie Gass, Launa Proctor-Smith, Renee Proctor, the late Anita Nichols, and the late Sue Proctor. Cherished grandfather of 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Dorothy (Eugene) Brown. Harold was a proud veteran of the US Army.
