Harry Helmus, age 87 of Crete, IL, entered eternal life April 6, 2013. Beloved husband of Jean Helmus nee Persenaire. Loving father of Dennis, Randy (Marilyn) and Scott (Beverly) Helmus. Cherished grandfather of five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Dear brother of Christine (Stan) Briggs and the late Nell. Loving son of the late Martin and Nancy VanDerWall - Helmus. Memorial service Wednesday, April 10, 2013 2:00 p.m. at Oak Glen United Reformed Church 2244 Indiana Ave, Lansing, IL 60438. Interment was held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery - Elwood, IL.
