Helen L. Backus, age 84 of Momence, IL passed away peacefully May 21, 2015. Loving mother of Dorothy (Bradley) Shaul, Shirley Conner and Joan (Joe) O''Brien. Cherished grandmother of four grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Mary Jane Frank, Elizabeth Piekarczyk and Fred Borggren Jr. Helen was preceded in death by her beloved husband Bernum Backus.
