Helen A Maiorano nee Russo, age 91, of Crete, IL, passed away peacefully August 16, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Maiorano. Loving mother of Victor (late Cynthia) Maiorano, Ralph (Judy) Maiorano, Cindy Maiorano, and Sherry (Scott) Ralson. Cherished grandmother of Ralph (Linda) Maiorano, Melissa (Carl) Schmook and Vincent (Margaret) Maiorano; great grandmother of Anthony, Scarlett and Frankie Maiorano. Dear sister of the late Geneva Poggi and the late Gilda DiAnni. Caring aunt to many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday August 21, 2014 from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL 60475.
