Henry Fred Eizenga, age 88, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2011 in Grand Rapids, MI. Mr. Eizenga is survived by his wife Dolores Eizenga nee Alderink; six children: Georgia (James) Eizenga-Worstell, Carl (Judith) Eizenga, Jeffrey (Kristin) Eizenga, Douglas (Lori) Eizenga, Yvonne (Michael) Elliott, and Dale (Heather) Eizenga; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; two brothers: Clarence (Carroll) Eizenga and Charles (Sue) Eizenga. He was preceded in death by his sister Charlotte (late Simon) Dykshorn. Visitation Saturday, April 23, 2011 from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 A.M. at Cottage Grove Christian Reformed Church 16556 Cottage Grove Ave. South Holland, IL 60473 with services conducted by Rev.
