Henry P. Smits, age 97, of South Holland, IL passed away Monday, October 19, 2009. Henry is survived by one son: Elwood(Rhonda) Smits; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife: the late LaVerne Smits in 2006, a son: the late Dennis Lee(Marilyn) Smits in 2005, two sisters: late Jessie Schreiber and the late Tiene Smits, and one brother: the late Richard Smits. Visitation, Thursday, October 22, 2009 from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the funeral service at 11:30 A.M. at the First Reformed Church of South Holland (15924 South Park Ave. South Holland, IL) with services conducted by Rev.
