Sons Jack Jr. (Lee Ann), Edward (Angel), Andrew (Suzanne) Frank (Julie) and Jason (Launa) Smith. Daughters Cathy (Oui) Hunter, Ann Marie (Jon Carter) Smith, Amy Phipps and Tammy (Jeremy) Conley. He is also survived by 21 loving Grandchildren, a Brother Donald Smith, Sister Edna (John) Begesha and Patricia (Mike) Waldhauser. He was preceded in death by 3 Brothers and 1 Sister. Visitation will be held on Friday January 11 from 3:00 till 9:00 P.M. at the Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, Il.
