Jack Rudolph Van Dam

Jack Rudolph Van Dam, age 85, of Crete, IL passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2020.  Jack was born on October 10, 1934 in Chicago, IL.  He was preceded in death by his parents Rudolph and Ella Van Dam, and several uncles and aunts.  He is survived by many cousins.
