Jacqueline Jean Slawnikowski, nee Johnson, age 75 of Sauk Village, IL, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2024. Beloved wife of the late James Slawnikowski Sr. Loving mother of James (Charlene) Slawnikowski Jr., Timothy Slawnikowski, Mary (Matthew) Seery, and Jennifer (Jonathan) Dunlap. Devoted grandmother of James Jerome Slawnikowski III, Stanley Slawnikowski, Jerzy Dunlap, MacKenzie Dunlap, Elijah Slawnikowski, and Tiffany Slawnikowski. Proud great-grandmother of James Jerome Slawnikowski IV, Liam Slawnikowski, and Kasia Dunlap with another great-granddaughter on the way. Dear sister to Michael (late Cathy) Johnson, Robert (Nancy) Johnson, and Diane (late James) Buoscio. Preceded in death by her parents Robert and Adeline Johnson.
