James Allen Jr., age 90, of Crete, Illinois, passed away on Thursday, October 06, 2022. Beloved husband of Janice Ranzy-Allen. Loving father of Octarvia Roberts, Diane (Ronny) Allen-Philips and Lorrie (Neil) Allen-James. Cherished grandfather of 7 grandchildren and great-grandfather of 2 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Coretha Crawford. Mr. Allen was a proud United States Army Veteran. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
