James Junior Howard of South Chicago Heights, IL, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2020. Beloved husband of the late Helen Howard. Loving father of Randy (Debra) Howard and Ron Howard. Cherished grandfather of six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Dear brother of Hazel (Carl) Manley, Mamie, Jean, Alice mae, Rosie, and Margaret Marie. Caring uncle to many nieces and nephews. Loving son of the late John and Hester Howard.
