James J. Janowski

James J. Janowski, age 75, late of Grant Park, IL, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 4, 2022.  Loving husband of the late Patricia D. Janowski, nee Szymczak.  Devoted father of Brian (Christy) Janowski, and Dawn (Bill) Lomax.  Proud grandpa of several precious grandchildren.  Dear brother of Roger (Gerlinde) Janowski and Jerry (Patricia) Janowski.  Preceded in death by his parents Stanley and Sophie Janowski.  Dearest nephew and cousin of many, Jim was loved by everybody who knew him, and will be deeply missed.

Visitation Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m.  Prayer service Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 10:15 a.m. from Momence Funeral Chapel James E. Janusz, Director, 203 N. Locust St. Momence, IL, 60954 to St. George Catholic Church 5272 E. 5000N Rd. Bourbonnais, IL, 60914, for Jim’s Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m., with Rev. Dan Belanger officiating.  Private inurnment at St. George Catholic Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations c/o the Janowski Family appreciated.
