James is survived by his wife Virginia nee Nettles, one daughter, Colleen LeBlanc of Crete, two sons, Steven (Julie) LeBlanc of Morris, IL. and David (Jenny) LeBlanc of Beecher. James is also survived by his grandchildren, Joshua, Taylor, Megan, Lindsay and Ryan. Visitation Monday February 18th from 2:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel (3045 Chicago Rd Steger, IL). Funeral Service Tuesday 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment at Cedar Park Cemetery, Calumet Park, IL. Mr. LeBlanc was a retired employee of Allied Tube & Conduit Co. in Harvey.
