James “Jim” P. Nordengreen, Sr. age 73, of Chicago Heights, IL, passed away Sunday, July 5, 2020. Beloved husband of Nancy Nordengreen, nee Rutkowski, for 50 years. Loving father of Jennifer L. Nordengreen and James Nordengreen, Jr. Devoted grandfather of Anthony Cajas, Jasmine Cajas, Emilio (Sydney Kiss) Nordengreen, Marc Nordengreen and Kurtis Nordengreen.  Fond brother of Tom Nordengreen, William (Maryann) Nordengreen, and Wayne (Marlene) Nordengreen. Fond brother-in-law of Tom (Diana) Gierut, Geno (Della) Duran, Bob (Carol) Luczak, Maryann (late Ron) Rutkowski. Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by his parents William and Stella Nordengreen, his brothers Billy Nordengreen and Donnie Nordengreen, and sisters Eleanor Sapp, Evelyn Zerebiny, Lucille Krol, Elaine Whittaker, Carol Sawikci, and Sharon Shelton.
