Janice D. Ballard, nee Cordes, age 77, of Chicago Heights, Illinois, passed away on January 3, 2019. Beloved mother of Michelle Ballard and James (Kim) Cordes. Cherished grandmother of Lauren Cordes, Angela Cordes, Kelly Williams Jr. and Jordan Williams; great-grandmother of Jaxon and Lincoln. Dear sister of John Cordes. Kind aunt to many nieces and nephews. Janice retired from the City of Chicago Heights Maintenance Department. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
