Janice E. Tillema

Janice E. Tillema, nee Jabaay, age 87, of Munster, IN, went home to her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.  Beloved wife of the late John Tillema.  Loving mother of Mark (Janet) Tillema, Mary Tillema, and Paul (Michele) Tillema. Devoted grandmother of Abby, Allison, and Madelyn.  Dear sister of the late Henrietta Ulm, late Richard (late Laura) Jabaay, late Neil (late Walita) Jabaay, late Ron (Carol) Jabaay, and the late Dorn (Phyllis) Jabaay.  Kind aunt of many nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by her parents Peter and Mary Jabaay.  Janice was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Visitation Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN. Funeral service Monday, October 21, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel Christian Reformed Church – 3500 Glenwood-Lansing Rd. Lansing, IL with services conducted by Rev. Dan Bloesch.
