Jay Charles Parsons, age 71 of South Chicago Heights, Illinois, passed away peacefully, November 10, 2017. Beloved son of the late Charles and Mary Parsons; loving brother of the late Christine Parsons; cherished uncle of Cheri (Greg) Wade and Kevin Haseman. Jay was a member of the carpenters union and a Vietnam Veteran, he will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
