Jean M. Tremblay, nee Stevenson, age 96, of South Holland, IL passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Howard A. Tremblay. Devoted mother of Carol (Jerry) Bartos, late Beverly “Bobbi” (Mark Zbylut) Tremblay, and Susan (Thomas) Chmielewski. Proud grandmother of Tom Chmielewski, Tim Chmielewski, Dan Fanelli, Kristie (Kevin) Hutchinson, and Karen Fanelli. Great-grandmother of Hannah, Kaitlyn, and Madison. Dear sister of the late Kenny Stevenson. Preceded in death by her dogs Ponch and Taffy.
Private family service will be held.
