Jeannie Carey nee Jacobs passed away Sunday, March 6, 2011. Beloved wife of John Carey. Devoted mother of Roy Davis, Teena Davis, Serena Carey, Selena Carey and J.T. Carey. Proud grandmother of nine. Loving daughter of Mary and late Ray Jacobs. Loving sister of Mary, Tina, Jimmy, Ricky, and Joseph. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Lane - Dyer, IN). Interment private.
