Jeffrey Alan Windhorst, age 69, of Chicago, Illinois passed away peacefully on December 31, 2021. Beloved husband of Lilia Turner nee Calingacion. Loving brother of William David (Faye) Windhorst, Byron Dale (Susan) Windhorst, and Cary Jean (Markus) Cosentino. Cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews. Jeffrey will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
