Loving father of Nicholas (Sarah) Hogeveen of New Lenox, IL , and Regina Hogeveen of Steger, IL. Cherished grandfather of Madison and Morgan. Dearest brother of John (Carol) and Joseph (Dawn) Hogeveen. Visitation Monday March 9, 2009 from 3:00 " 8:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel (3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL.) Funeral Mass Tuesday 10:00 a.m. at St. Liborius Catholic Church in Steger. Interment Private. Jerome retired from the IL Department of Transportation after 35 years of service.
