Joan M. Palcek nee Magliocca, age 90, of Chicago Heights, IL passed away March 23, 2010. Beloved wife of Paul A. Palcek. Loving mother of Paul D. Palcek and Late George Palcek. Cherished grandmother of six and great-grandmother of many. Visitation Thursday March 25th from 3:00 " 8:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel (3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL.). Funeral Mass Friday 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church in Chicago Heights. Interment will be at Assumption Cemetery in Glenwood. Mrs. Palcek was a retired bookkeeper for the former Klines Department Store and a member of the former St. Rocco Catholic Church in Chicago Heights. Information 708-755-6100 or www.smitsfh.com
