Joan Frances Rago

Joan Frances Rago, nee Speaker, age 79, of South Holland, IL passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2021.  Beloved wife of Alexander P. Rago.  Loving mother of Christine Weis.  Cherished grandmother of Thomas T. Weis III.  Dear sister of James and Robert Speaker.  Preceded in death by her parents John Speaker and Bernice Mock .  Joan was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
