Joanne D. Coler (nee Hale), age 78 of Steger, Illinois, formerly of Calumet City passed away peacefully, September 29, 2016. Beloved wife to the late Richard Coler; loving mother of Diane (David) Smith, Donna Thompson (Chet Rasala), Kathy (Pat) Wilmoth, Ted Kammer Jr., Ron Kammer; cherished grandmother of eleven and great grandmother of five; dearest sister of Shirley Wheeler and Phyllis Barnett; many nieces and nephews. Joanne will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Visitation, Monday, October 3, 2016, 4-8pm at. Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Road Steger, IL 60475.
