John D. Bulthuis, age 51, of South Holland, IL, passed away April 3,2015 surrounded by his family. John is survived by 3 loving Daughters: Kristina (David) Steele, Kathryn (Justin) Woods and Karolyn (David) Capodagli. He is also survived by his adoring Grandchildren: Liliana Cassello, Savanah, Sean, & Sierra Steele. He also is survived by his 3 Brothers: Douglas, James (Luann) & Keith (Debra) Bulthuis and a Sister Patricia DalSanto. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Nellie Bulthuis. Visitation for John will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015 from 3:00 till 8:00 P.M. at Smits, DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home 649 E. 162nd St. (Rt.6/159th St.) South Holland, IL 60473. Private interment will follow.
