John James Daniels Sr.

John James Daniels Sr., age 88 of South Chicago Heights, Illinois passed away peacefully on January 12, 2022. Beloved husband of Carol Daniels nee Wille. Loving father of late Carolann “Cookie” (Brian) Bednar, Bonnie Elizabeth (late David) Wiltfong, John James Jr (Darice) Daniels, Anna (Patrick) O’Rourke, Paul (Kimberly) Daniels, late Joseph Frank (late Lisa) Daniels, and Paul “Guy” (Julie) Johnston. Cherished grandfather of 18 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Dear brother of Diane (late Anthony) DeSalvo, Estelle Marie (late Melvin) Towe, late Julie (late Carl) Kuzinski, late Elizabeth (Nicholas) Troli, and the late Helen Daniels. Preceded in death by parents, Joseph James and Stella Daniels. John was a proud U.S. Army Veteran and also proud to be a member of the Local 705 Teamsters. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
