John A. Niven, age 56, of Manteno, Illinois formerly of Sauk Village, IL, passed away peacefully November 29, 2018. Beloved son of Mary (late John) Niven. Loving brother of Kathy (late Timothy) White and Ann (Stanley) Wiater. Dear uncle of Tiffani (Rob) Bussie, Amy Ramirez, Jena (Alberto) Perez, Andrew (Erika) Wiater, Jessica (Matt) Howard, and Courtney (Shane) Bunge. Cherished uncle of many great nieces and nephews. Fond nephew of Joanne Lehiy, Robert (Donna) Niven, and Darlene (Bud) Gravelle.

Visitation Monday, December 3, 2018 from 3:00 - 8:00 pm at Smits -Steger Memorial Chapel (3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL). Funeral Tuesday 11:00 am. at Steger Memorial Chapel. Interment private. Info 708-755-6100
