John "Steve" Stephen Simpson

John “Steve” Stephen Simpson, age 69 , of Homewood, Illinois, formerly of Sauk Village, Illinois, passed away on January 14, 2019. Beloved husband of Marsha Simpson nee Manners. Loving father of Michelle Battiste and John David (Chrissy Amerio) Simpson. Cherished grandfather of Gage Michael Simpson, Nathaniel Gregory Battiste and Chloe Autumn Battiste. Dear brother of Beverly Delabre, Frank (Paula) Simpson, Ken Simpson and the late Michael Simpson. Steve retired from Oletex Inc. He was also a proud U.S. Army veteran, and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
